An outline of all services, merchandise, disbursements and HST required for direct cremation without a ceremony. This is an all-inclusive price - for example we do not charge extra to send two staff members on a transfer when a death occurs at home or a nursing home.

Service Descriptions
Professional and Staff Services
24 hour availability of staff, arrangement conference to discuss service options and obtain information for documentation, cremation planning, care of deceased including placement into container and overall supervision of details by a licensed funeral director.
Transportation Requirements
24 hour availability of staff, vehicles and equipment to transfer deceased from place of death to Aftercare, and then to crematorium.
Shelter/Embalming Facility
Use of our secure holding room to hold deceased until transferred to the crematorium.
Documentation
Register death with the Ontario government, obtain coroner’s certificate, notify Income Security Program (Old Age Security), provide 10 death certificates, Canada Pension Plan forms and our exclusive Estate Checklist.
