  • Documentation $50.00 Includes registering the death with the province, obtaining coroner's certificate for cremation and providing 10 proof of death certificates (if required, certified death certificates are available from Service Ontario), Canada pension plan forms, our exclusive estate checklist and we notify Service Canada (OAS/CPP). 
  • Transfer deceased from place of death $325.00 (additional fees apply beyond 40 km from Aftercare Toronto) Staff, vehicles and equipment used to transfer deceased  from a hospital to Aftercare Toronto. Additional fees may apply, Transfer - Priority $ 150.00 Required for any transfer other than a hospital.
  • Facilities to shelter deceased $100.00 Use of our secure facility at Aftercare Toronto to shelter the deceased.
  • Transfer deceased to crematorium $50.00 (additional fees apply beyond 40 km from Aftercare Toronto) Staff and vehicles used to transfer deceased from Aftercare Toronto to crematorium.
