Gordon William Ormerod August 2, 1935 - April 4, 2022. 86 Avid fisher, cook, woodworker, & singer peacefully passed away Monday, April 4, 2022. A devoted family man and loyal friend, known to fill any room with laughter, friendship, knowledge and tales of the past, his presence will be fondly missed. Gordon is survived by his wife of 63 years Sally Ormerod (nee Gray), his children Leslie (David) and Jennifer (Harold), grandchildren Barranger (Annie), Adam, and Jonathan, great-grandchildren Grayson and Victoria, as well as many loving friends, siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews. Gordon was predeceased by his father Clair Henry Gordon Ormerod and mother Catherine Morrow Ormerod (nee Adams). Memorial services will be held privately at a later date.
