The process of replacing blood and bodily fluids with chemical preservatives. It is a process of sanitation, restoration and temporary preservation. Embalming is not legally required, but may be recommended to preserve the deceased. Only available through our Toronto licensed funeral establishment.

Professional service provided by Executors Choice that assists with the accurate and timely completion of necessary forms and documents.

If cremated remains are required in less than 5 business days.

Designated facilities used for private identification for up to 6 immediate family members for a period of 15 minutes. Requires Basic preparation of deceased. Only available through our Toronto licensed funeral establishment.

Mileage travelled beyond 40 km from Aftercare Toronto will be charged one way only. Our service area reaches to Oakville, Brampton, Newmarket and Bowmanville.

A licensed professional will remove the pacemaker or implant.

Additional time - $ 75.00 per person per hour.

Additional death certificates are available in groups of 5.

Required if there is a delay in arrangements beyond 2 days.

A refundable deposit may be required if we are to hold cremated remains. If not claimed within one year of the cremation, the deposit may be used to inter the cremated remains in common ground. If cremated remains are claimed before they are interred, the deposit will be refunded.

Staff and vehicles used to transfer deceased from Aftercare Toronto to the cemetery.

Required for any transfer other than a hospital.
